Possess of 28 sets of extruders, The biggest of 5500MT, with the production capacity of 150000 tons per annum. We are capable of producing various extrusion shapes with maximum width of 500mm (aluminum alloy 2024, 6063\6005\6061\6082\6060\7005\7003), such as windows&doors, floors, curtain walls, transportation, power tool, architecture, and all sorts of industrial profiled material. We may also designe, make mould and extrude according to the client′s requirement. At present, these can be done such as mill finished, anodized, electrophoretic, powder coating, thermal barrier profile, wood grain profile, fluor carbon coating, DIY profile. Also further processing can be down such as cutting, bending, punching, welding, drilling, CNC machining, polishing, assembly and packing with other accessories.
